How do I book?
The preferred method is by telephoning us on 01745 360729, alternatively you can use our contact form. We aim to respond to all enquiries the same day.
What do you have available for hire?
We have 12 x 12, 12 x 12 with slide, 16 x 16 and 18 x 18 Bouncy Castles. We have a Pirate Ship Assault Course which need an area of 30 x 12, two Mountain Slide, a Fun Slide and a slide which fits on the side of the 16 x 16 Bouncy Castles.
We have adult and junior Sumo Wrestling suits and mat, a twin lane Bungee Run, Gladiator Duel, Bouncy Boxing and 40 x 20 Human Table Football.
How long do I have the equipment for?
We drop off in the morning between 8.00 and 12.30 and pick up from 6.00pm onwards. If the party is going on into the evening an extra £15 per item hired is payable and the equipment will be picked up first thing the next morning.
Do you have inflatables suitable for adults and older children?
Yes we have Bouncy Castles, Sumo Suits, Bungee Run and many others which are suitable for the older age group.
What if it rains?
Unfortunately we cant control the weather and so if it looks like it is going to be a bad day please phone us by 8 on the morning your delivery is due and there will be no cancellation charge if you wish to cancel.
When are you bouncy castles available?
We deliver 7 days a week including Bank Holidays.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
When I hire out the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply everything except a power supply. You will need to provide a normal 240volts power supply. Adult supervision of children is also required.
Do you hire out castles for parties inside?
Our castles are very popular for indoor hires especially over the winter. We secure the indoor castles using anchor points and sandbags.
Is there an age limit on some of the castles?
Yes the 12 x 12 and 12 x 12 with slide an Ball Pool are only suitable for children up to the age of 12.
How much notice do I have to give for a booking?
It is advisable to book as early as possible. However bookings can be taken by 10 am on the day you require the castle. To make sure you get the castle of your choice please book as early as possible.
How do I pay?
Payment must be made when we deliver your castle. We prefer cash but will accept a cheque with a valid guarantee card.
Am I guaranteed to get the castle of my choice?
We do our very best but we reserve the right to supply a replacement of the same specifications if we are unable to deliver the castle of your choice.
