How do I book?
The preferred method is to book online as we get a confirmation email straight away and then it gets booked into our diary as soon as we receive it. If you do have any query's your more than welcome to give us a call on 01745 360729 or 07483406856. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.

What do you have available for hire?
We have 12 x 12, 12 x 12 with slide, 16 x 16 and 18 x 18 Bouncy Castles. We have a Pirate Ship Assault Course which need an area of 30 x 12, two Mountain Slide, a Fun Slide and a slide which fits on the side of the 16 x 16 Bouncy Castles.
We have adult and junior Sumo Wrestling suits and mats, a twin lane Bungee Run, Gladiator Duel, Bouncy Boxing and 40 x 20 Human Table Football plus much more, have a look through all our stock to decide which is best to suit your occasion.

How long do I have the equipment for?
Our prices are based upon a 6 hour hire. If your having the Inflatable at your home address, we will drop it off in the morning between 7.00am and 12.30pm and pick it up at 6.00pm. If the Inflatable is booked in a Venue then we will accommodate the times you need.

Do you have inflatables suitable for adults and older children?
Yes, we have Adult Bouncy Castles to suit all. These include Sumo Suits, Bungee Run, Gladiator Arena and many others which are suitable for the older age group.

What if it rains?
Unfortunately we cant control the weather so if it looks like it is going to be a bad day please phone us by 8am on the morning your delivery is due and there will be no cancellation charge if you wish to cancel. Some of our castles do come with a rain cover tough, so if you still wanted the bouncy castle please call us on 01745 360729 / 07483406856 to double check before cancelling.

When are your bouncy castles available?
We deliver 7 days a week including Bank Holidays.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. We will come and set everything up for you, once you are happy with everything we will get you to sign the disclaimer form and then payment is required after set up.

When I hire out the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply everything except a power supply. You will need to provide a normal 240 volts power supply. Adult supervision of children is also required.

Do you hire out castles for parties inside?
Our castles are very popular for indoor hires especially over the winter. We secure the indoor castles using anchor points and sandbags. We have set up a page with some local community centres if you are unsure on how to contact them.

Is there an age limit on some of the castles?
Yes there is an age limit on some of the castles, if you have a look at on our Bouncy Castles For Hire page, the descriptions should all be stated next to the castle.

How much notice do I have to give for a booking?
It is advisable to book as early as possible. However bookings can be taken by 10am on the day you require the castle. To make sure you get the castle of your choice please book as early as possible.

How do I pay?
Payment must be made when we deliver your castle. We prefer cash but will accept a cheque with a valid guarantee card. Please make sure you have payment ready for the drop off time.

Am I guaranteed to get the castle of my choice?
We do our very best but we do reserve the right to supply a replacement of the same specifications if we are unable to deliver the castle of your choice.

Does it cost the same for 1 hour as it does for all day hires?

Yes, unfortunately it costs the same for 1 hour as it does for a all day hire. As we still have to travel the same distance, set the inflatable up and remove everything.
